    Williams-Sonoma, Inc., is an American publicly traded consumer retail company that sells kitchenwares and home furnishings. It is headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States. It is one of the largest e-commerce retailers in the U.S., and one of the biggest multi-channel specialty retailers in the world. Brands include Williams-Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, and Pottery Barn Teen.

    • Lead the complete redesign of checkout across all brands. Lead a comprehensive analysis and created an entirely new checkout experience with the goal of increasing conversion and speed. Along the way I've introduced new enhancements such as delivery scheduling, new payment options, a new multi-ship experience, and enhanced pricing visibility. In doing this work I have created and managed an entirely new design system.
    • Identifies customer pain-points and builds solutions through user research, user testing and data analysis.
    • Design sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to build easy cross-functional alignment across teams for agile product development.
    • My focus also extends to design and delivery of new Product pages, New payment options, Product landing ads (PLA), SMS Notifications, A/B Testing, and Responsive Design.

    • Created prototypes, wireframes, and high fidelity designs using Sketch, Marvel, and InVision.
    • Designed the User Interface for the SOLOSHOT camera and tag.
    • Designed user centric app interfaces for Web, iOS, and Android.

    • Designed sitemaps, wireframes, icons, and design comps.
    • Redesigned the association’s logo to improve their visual identity keeping in view with market standards.

    • Designed the interactive game of “Change and Chance” and performed as the character of “Judge Mental” for the Philly Fringe Festival.
    • Created promotional graphics and photos for both print and media distribution.
    • Helped design and create large scale mosaics for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Andrew Jackson Elementary School.
